Our Elevated Research Team & Evidence

Our dedicated Research & Evaluation team has conducted multiple researches to guide us develop effective nutrition education methods and cooking skills programs. We collaborated with top medicine universities and institutions to support students with increased confidence in nutrition and disease prevention.
With significant statistical evidence, we proudly announce that our students have elevated knowledge, cooking skills, meal preparation at home, and overall confidence in the kitchen after completing a Common Threads Cooking Skills World Cuisine class.
